Art has always been something she enjoyed from a young age. Drawing and painting really started to become part of her life into her early 20’s.  Painting has allowed her to capture the beauty in all of her outdoor adventures. Wildlife, western life, and landscapes have been most of her subjects. Most of her paintings are done in acrylic and oil mediums, however, she also creates with graphite and ink. As a self taught artist, she enjoys speaking and learning from other local artists who appreciate the Wyoming way of life. Leah feels lucky to make her home in the town of Story, Wyoming. There, she is raising a daughter with her husband Kris. 
Most of her works can be found in Sheridan and Buffalo galleries. She has had commission pieces find homes in many surrounding states. She also enjoys participating in the wildlife conservation art competition.
