The class begins with learning perspective, measuring, and proportion to open up the world of drawing. Then splash into watercolor, which is fast and responsive, and you will delight in the beautiful color it brings to your work. All classes are taught through targeted exercises and projects along with examples from art history and demonstrations. Materials are included. Classes are taught by Buffalo artist and teacher Jenny Wuerker. Jenny is a landscape painter represented by Robischon Gallery in Denver. She has taught art since 1992 and has an undergraduate degree from Yale University and a Master’s in Fine Art from the American University.
