In this five week workshop we will learn three relief printing techniques for the etching press. We will cover Linoleum block printing, Monoprinting and Colographs. You will learn effective methods for designing and creating your own plates for printing, inking and printing. Each student will leave with a suit of prints and the skills to continue a printmaking practice. Rachel Ruleaux has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oregon College of Art and Craft where she studied Printmaking and Book Arts. A practicing artist living in Sheridan, Wyoming, Rachel loves to get out in nature, which is the primary subject of her artwork and has a passion for teaching.
